Nick Fury is at Peter's school, and he's there to tell Peter that S.H.I.E.L.D. is fully aware of everything that Norman is up to, but are legally prevented from actually doing anything about it. Peter's not happy with this, but he's even less happy with the results of the confrontation he has with Norman himself.
