Description
The Rise and Fall, and Rise and Fall of Atlantis
The Ocean Master is back, and is attacking Aquaman's home on land. While Mera deals with that, Arthur heads back to Atlantis where Vulko is trying to prevent a war and the royal seal is missing. Arthur gets a new camoflage outfit to investigate the kingdom that is the most likely culprit.
