Behind the mask, he is an old man who was once the Hero known as El Hombre. Disgraced for having comissioned a crime so that he could foil it, all to gain popularity, it seems he is once again trying the same trick. But Steeljack is a captive, and being transported back to prison.Can he free himself, and find a way to warn the residents of Kiefer Square before they become casualties in El Hombre's plan?
