Hijacked by Spy-Smasher (an old rival of Oracles) the Birds of Prey took a mission that they thought would simply involve hijacking some emerging Russian technology. He had hired the Secret Six, a mercenary band to protect his property. But even as the Secret Six fight to stop the Birds of Prey, the General, has written them off.
