While traveling in Gotham, Robby Reed's H-Dial is stolen. The thief is a small-time criminal whose few opportunities were taken away from him until theft was his only option. But when he uses it, he finds that, for the first time, that he can do what feels right, and nothing is stopping him. As The Star, he helps Gotham in the midst of one of the Joker's massive waves of crime. And Gotham needs the help, since the Joker's purposely trying to exhaust Batman.
