Matt Murdock has taken control of Hell's Kitchen. For a year, it has been in his hands. He won his settlement against the Globe, and poured the money right back into the neighborhood, compelling the mayor to do the same. He has managed to bring organized crime to a halt in the Kitchen. Meanwhile, his colleagues are less than impressed, as they've been finding that the criminals have relocated more often than they've stopped.
