Traveling through space, three aliens are knocked to Earth, losing the packages they were carrying. The League are summoned when three emergencies occur, each linked to one of the packages. In the Middle East, a small girl in a war-torn country uses the globe she found in the package to attack everyone around her from a sense of confusion until Red Tornado extends a hand of friendship.The objects are eventually returned to their rightful owners who continue on their journey, leaving the young girl - Traya - with Red Tornado.
