Description
Constuctions
Maxwell Lord explains to Martian Manhunter and Captain Atom that he had hoped the heroes who helped in the MIllennium crisis would stay with the League in order to defeat the computer that has been controlling him all along. At the League embassy, Oberon receives an emergency alert from Captain Atom and the other members of the League fly to Lord's office in the new shuttle and are ordered by Batman to fly directly into the building to avoid missiles fired at them. Once inside, they are attacked by mechanised defenses which they manage to overcome. Max tells them that he is being controlled by a computer system that is in turn controlled by The Construct, an old League enemy. The League fly out into the country and find the Construct which they manage to defeat before Max's computer orders it to return to base as Metron arrives. The computer claims to be a servant of Metron that has been coerced by the League into aiding them in their take over of the world just as the League follow the Construct back to the computer's hideout where they confront Metron.
