Civil War - New Avengers: Disassembled, Part Two
On the eve of the registration act, Iron Man and Ms. Marvel attempt to persuade Luke Cage and Jessica Jones to register with the SRA, but they refuse. Luke sends Jessica, and their baby daughter to Canada, but refuses to either toe the line with the registration act, or to flee from his home. As it looks like S.H.I.E.L.D. is going to take Luke in, Captain America, Daredevil and the Falcon show up to bail him out.
