As Lois and Clark prepare to introduce their new ward, the disguised Kryptonian boy, to the Daily Planet, Metropolis is attacked by the rogue Kryptonians Zod, Ursa and Non. As Non and Zod battle Superman, Ursa demands that Lois turn the young Kryptonian boy over to her, stating that he is her son.
