The Paradigm was the association of super-heroes that once counted the Plutonian among it's members. And since the Plutonian went rogue, they're trying to deal with the threat he now represents. Kaidan, a member of the Paradigm has found Alana Patel, the person who knew the Plutonian best. She worked side by side with him, unknowingly, for years and was called "The Plutonian's Girlfriend" by news outlets around the world. But even though she is able to help provide some clues as to the Plutonian's background, she refuses Kaidan's offer of shelter. The Plutonian could find her anywhere on Earth, and she already counts herself among the dead.
