Henri Ducard returns Deadshot's costume. People from Vlatava try to persuade Count Vertigo to return home as a head of state under a constitutional democratic government. He will inform them of his decision, when he makes it! As two... beings... return in the lab, Boomerang bursts in, held hostage by Maria, a Diabloverdan woman who means to kill Waller! But Waller knows nothing of this! She makes a call, and learns that the CIA stole her brand and sent metahumans as a Suicide Squad to prop up Guedhe!
