Bruce Wayne is called to Metropolis on business, and is interviewed by Clark Kent. The Silver Banshee appears and escapes with a hostage, hitting them both with attacks unlike any they've ever felt before. Before they can chase the Banshee, they have to figure out what's been done to them.
