Kal-El has been placed in New Krypton's Military Guild. Now, placed in command of the Red Shard Tactical Response unit, he helps to train New Krypton's soldiers in the use of their new powers. In their first mission, attemting to stop a herd of rampaging beasts from destroying vital terraforming equipment, the performance of Kal's squad garners praise.
