Lights Out, Part Two: War And Peace
Dr. Light has captured Green Arrow and threatens to kill him if the Teen Titans refuse to meet him at the Franklin Institute, so they do. But this is a different Arthur Light, one no longer crippled by Zatanna's reprogramming, and he is so much more dangerous. He has little difficulty with the heroes, even stealing Superboy's heat vision and the deific light of Wonder Girl's lasso. Hawk and Dove appear and try to handle him, and he dispatches them with little effort. Finally, he takes Speedy to where Green Arrow is restrained; asking questions such as "did you do this to heroes, as well?", and even wondering if reprogramming is how the heroes keep their more difficult protégés in line. Regardless, he plans to kill Speedy, and then the other Titans, as revenge for what the Justice League did to him. And that is when his challenge is truly answered - all of the Titans, every team, and their reserves, have answered it. Dozens of heroes - and Light is not intimidated.
