Lights Out, Part Three: Secrets And Lies
Dr. Light can't take on the Teen Titans and all the reserves. Or can he? Apparently when the Justice League magically lobotomized him they made him considerably less able to use his powers. At one time, he had even thought to become a superhero, but his... needs... got in the way of that. [He is a serial rapist, the reason why many of the League felt their magical lobotomy justified.] Now, Light is fully in control and very angry, and he takes that out on the Titans. Back and forth the battle, and a tremendous burst of light stuns all the Titans. Speedy is struggling to get Green Arrow to safety but she is not fast enough, and Light finds her. He is about to kill her, when she prepares a mysterious blue arrow. Then Cyborg arrives. Were Light not weakened and injured by the other Titans, the outcome might have been different. But Cyborg prevails, barely and Light is defeated. Batman and Batgirl come to take him to Belle Reve - but this is a ruse. Deathstroke has disguised himself and his daughter as the Gotham pair, so spirit Doctor Light away to "higher society" [Luthor's Secret Society of Supervillains].
