Having returned from her trip to Themyscria, Vanessa Kapatelis is now the popular girl in school. Diana is busy with the press and trying to decide who next will visit her home island when she learns the god Hermes is on earth. Hermes is trying to bribe faith from the people of earth by giving them whatever they want. Hermes is then led into a trap set by the gorgon Euryale and Ares' son Phobos.
