Emperor Vulcan
Havok's two pronged attack strategy does not go well at first. The Starjammers are overwhelmed, and the Shi'Ar fleet are outmanned and outgunned. It is up to Havok and Vulcan, who have broken into the Scy'Ar base, to bring an end to the conflict. During this battle, Havok realizes that the Eldest (leader and most powerful) of the Scy'Ar draws energy from his people. After Havok points this out, Vulcan uses his abilities to cut the Eldest off from his people. As a result, the Eldest doesn't just lose power, but his people lose coordination. The tides of battle soon turn so completely that Vulcan attacks Havok directly, and sends the Imperial Guard after the Starjammers.
