Investigating Nikki, the Titans discover (with Lilith's help) that the nature of her powers is due to an individual from another world who is trapped within her mind! Breegan came in pursuit of a mysterious anarchist who escaped here, and became trapped in the only survivor of the anarchist's arrival - Nikki! With him separated, Nikki has begun to recover. He explains that the anarchist is trying to raise an army, perhaps to conquer this world. And who is this mysterious man? Garret Donovan, the man who introduced Apex! Learning that the Apex building is empty, Breegan concludes that Donovan raised this army to return home with it. The Titans decide they should visit that world and retrieve the people Donovan has taken there. But why is Breegan reluctant?
