Iron Man, Sentry and Doom appear in the past, where they are forced to work together in order to escape to the proper time. Sentry's unique history provides the outlet needed to get the job done, but when they get back to the future, Doom isn't present. Instead, Ms. Marvel comes rushing to them as quickly as she can to warn them to leave, but Iron Man is still caught in an explosion.
