Shadows are moving throughout the Universe. There have been a lot of changes on Babylon 5 since the death of President Santiago. Jeffrey Sinclair is no longer Commander of the Station, and is the first human ambassador to Minbar. A strange, intermittent distress call gets the attention of Babylon 5 Control. Zeta Wing finds a ship that seems to have suffered a failed hijacking attempt. Only one person survived, and he's in no shape to tell he staff at B5 what happened.
