Rooting through the garbage outside the Embassy, a reporter takes away anything he can use but stirs up a one eyed cat, mangy that manages to get inside the Embassy. Booster meets with Claire Montgomery to discuss business. The cat startles Fire causing her to set off the sprinklers before Guy Gardner bundles it up and transports it to the European embassy.
