The Phalanx have attacked the Kree Empire in the wake of the Annihilation War. Trapped within the force-bubble the Phalanx have erected to isolate Kree Space from the rest of the galaxy. Phyla and Moondragon are attempting to avoid the Phalanx while they search for the person destined to be the savior of the Kree. But Phyla seems to be undergoing strange changes. In battle with a Phalanx-assimilated Super Adaptoid, Phyla is overcome with sudden and uncontrollable rage. After mstering her emotions again, she realizes that one of the gems in the quantum bands has gone dark. Can she learn the truth of what is happening to her, and find the Kree's savior before the Phalanx hunt her down?
