Matt is trying to decide what to do about the Owl, who was completely prepared for him with a cadre of lawyers and recording devices. Milla comes on pretty strongly with her intentions, making him put a lot of thought into what he should be doing next. He decides to turn over the responsiblity for the Owl to another hero he can trust, but that hero refuses to accept that responsibility.
