When his daughter Jennifer is unable to learn more of the new self-proclaimed 'god' in Skartaris, Travis Morgan prepares to go learn for himself what's going on. Accompanied by Shakira and Tinder, they travel until they find a slaver caravan holding a familiar sight: Travis' friend Machiste once again bound in chains. But these slavers are only part of a bigger operation threatening the lives and freedom of men and women on the outskirts of Shamballah's lands. Travis is determined to save his friend, while Tinder, disappointed, goes off to warn the nearby settlers of the danger.
