Description
Past, Present, And Danger
The Super Friends discover a pyramid that features Zan and Jayna's faces on it. Looking inside, they discover a spaceship surrounded by robots. Upon entering, the robots spring to life to battle the superheroes. The robots prove to be tough to defeat, so they take refuge inside the ship. Inside the ship, they encounter two Exorians named Zond and Zhanra, who both look exactly like Zan and Jayna. They explain that the robots attacked them and they did not know why. The take the group on a tour of the ship, showing them the electric eels that power it. A sleep vapor is released into the ship's air, incapacitating them all. Zan and Jayna are kidnapped while the others are taken prisoner. When the Wonder Twins awake, they find that they are now wearing their lookalikes clothing. It is explained that they are outlaws and that the robots are really interplanetary police. Zan and Jayna are thrown outside, where they are immediately captured by the robots and sentenced to death. They are tied to a rocket and sent towards outer space. Right before they leave the Earth's atmosphere, they are able to activate their powers and float back to earth. Inside the ship, the other Super Friends are being held in a small room. Zond and Zhanra release kryptonite gas to kill them. Aquaman uses his powers to get the eels to overload the ship, allowing them to escape. They then capture Zond and Zhanra. Superman seals the pyramid and sends it to Exor, so they can deal with them.
