Paul-Phillip Ravage is the head of Eco Central, until a boy named Dack tells him about traitors within the organization that had his father killed for trying to inform on them. Ravage takes the information to his boss, Anderthorp Henton, who then orders Ravage to be framed and killed. A Mutroid from the island of Hellrock is ordered to deliver a bribe to Ravage and Eco troops arrive to execute Ravage for being a traitor. Ravage and his assistant Tiana are believed to be dead, but escape. Ravage takes Tiana to Dack’s apartment to hide out while he heads to the junkyard where he builds himself armor out of trash and steals a garbage truck. Meanwhile, on the island of Hellrock, Dethstryk, leader of the Mutroids, learns about Ravage from the Seeress, who had a vision about him and how he’ll become Dethstryk’s greatest enemy.
