G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero (Marvel) #65

The U.S. Air Force is upgrading its satellites, and they immediately notice something out of place. Cobra launches a shuttle to try and capture the satellites to protect their Terror-Drome project, and the Joes launch in response. Meanwhile, a highly deniable Borovian rescue mission is underway.
