"},{"title":"What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?","content":"

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

"},{"title":"I used my free shipping reward but it says \"not available to this address\", what happened?","content":"

The discount code will only work to a maximum amount set, if the shipping amount is more than the reward it will not let you proceed with the discount. For example if you are claiming 100 points for $10 off, ensure your shipping method is less than $10. If your shipping amount is $11 you need to use the next tier of rewards.
