The Adventures of Superman #502A

Superboy is playing hero and playing for the cameras when Supergirl arrives to invite him to dinner. At that dinner, Lex proposes a business arrangement, but before the oral agreement can be ratified on paper, Superboy is swayed into signing an exclusive elsewhere. Before he can explain this to Lex, he's caught in an attack that may have been scheduled for the sake of TV ratings.
