As a Guardian, he can summon the power batteries of the four Earth-born Green Lanterns - the same four that hold portions of the Parallax entity. When Parallax was removed from Hal Jordan's spirit, the Spectre seemed to fear Parallax. Now Hal hopes to defeat the Black Lantern Spectre by joining with Parallax once again.
