The Titans discover, after a certain amount of futile questioning and more or less accidentally, that their visitors have powers! Eli can slow things down, Scrap can use magnetism, Nikki can communicate with computers, Zeke is much stronger than normal, and Grace is very agile and can fly! Nikki, who is autistic, seeks to escape a verbal fight and flees to the sub-basement, where her powers turn Titans Tower against its occupants! Fortunately, the Titans and the children are able to get things under control. After some discussion, the Titans decide to let the children move in. And the number of residents increases by two, as Dolphin decides Tempest hasn't been attentive enough to his family, and moves in with their son Cerdian.
