Description
Crisis On Infinite Earths - Ice Scream, You Scream!
Captain Cold, scheduled to be a guest lecturer at the Institute of Hypernormal Conflict Studies, is conned by the Trickster into becoming a thief again, and runs afoul of Kid Devil. At a sitcom reunion, a cast member gets hold of Kid Devil’s equipment and raises havoc. Robin teams up with Kid Devil to bring in Red-Eye, the Weekend Bandit.
