Captain Marvel, Part 3: Deep Background
When fending off the Kree, Tony Stark and Mar-Vell both realize that they are actually fighting disguised Skrulls. They manage to fend them off, and in doing so, reveal the Skrull Invasion to Mar-Vell. It is soon revealed that Skrulls are involved in the Church of Hala, which worships Mar-Vell, and that the Cobalt Man (who attacked in the previous issue) is also a Skrull. The "Cobalt Man" Skrull accused Captain Marvel of being a Skrull, as well, which may explain the odd memories that have been resurfacing.
