Responding to an alarm in Gotham, Mary Marvel finds the notorious Riddler on the scene. Assuming that he's the culprit, she swoops him up, but before she can harm him, he points out that he's a licensed investigator now, and was investigating the burglary just as she was. The two join forces to hunt down the real culprit... Clayface. Donna, Jason and the Monitor meet with the new Atom, and enlist his aid in traveling to the sub-atomic Palmerverse, where they hope that they can find Ray Palmer in time to avert the coming disaster. Trickster and the Pied Piper have been captured, and told that they are being brought to justice for the murder of the Flash. Always one to have one last trick up his sleeve, the Trickster enacts an escape, dragging Piper along by their shared manacles. But sometimes the escape is worse than being captured.
