Dead On Arrival
Several years ago (Daredevil #158, to be precise) Daredevil and Death-Stalker faced off in St. Joseph's Cemetary, and the battle resulted in Death-Stalker's accidental death. Now Death-Stalker is somehow back from the dead, and seeking revenge. S.H.I.E.L.D. calls Captain America in to assist, since it appears he's been ripped out of time, and his death may have a negative impact on all of reality.
