The superheroes under the Green Lama's leadership have now realized that Captain Future is actually Zeus, the god of myth and creator of Pandora's Urn - the same prison that held them all captive for decades. He's demanded that The Flame be handed over to him because Preston is actually wielding the primordial flame of creation that Prometheus stole from Zeus and gave to mankind. The Sisters Scarlet have a plan to attack the diety, involving many other heroes. And they have a strong lure as The Flame's teenage sidekick, Flame Girl, who wields the same fire as her mentor is still alive and in Captain Future's hands. But other forces are at work. Marvelo, Mr. Face and Skyman have been drawn to Greece. They believe some other force in the world wants them to construct something that can be used against Captain Future. The Inheritors, lead by the Boy King try to recover another refugee from the urn, but the Black Owl doesn't seem to have completely escaped it. And the Supremacy plans to re-take the United States by placing Dynamic Man at the head of his own superhero team to inspire the hearts and minds of the people.
