Cobra is now under Serpentor's leadership, and is selling prefab bases to other countries, starting with Sierra Gordo. Spotting this, the Joes send a man to Sierra Gordo to be captured and get information from the inside. Meanwhile, despite all appearances to the contrary, Destro and Cobra Commander are alive and well, trapped in what's left of the Pit.
