Nightwing is patrolling Bludhaven, chasing a stolen truck, when he has an unexpected visitor, Superman. While continueing to patrol, they come upon what appears to be a small riot in the making, someone is closing down a housing project immediately, in order to use the land for more upscale dwellings for the refugees fleeing Gotham. Superman scatters the paperwork, giving the people a few more days, but Nightwing figures out who is behind it: Roland Desmond, aka Blockbuster. The pair pay a visit to Blockbuster, and convince him to cancel the plans to evict the tenants of the housing project. And Superman has some interesting news for Nightwing, Blockbuster is dying.
