Barry and Buddy Pierce are angry. Cheyenne Freemont, who used to be romantically linked with Barry turned on the pair, throwing in her lot with Dick Grayson in order to save Jason Todd. So when Cheyenne's business is burned to the ground, Nightwing doesn't seem terribly surprised to find a meta-human calling himself Fireball running from the scene. But Fireball gives him the slip before New York's Finest show up. Will Dick ever get his image straightened out with the police?
