Wolverine, Vol. 2 #85 (1994)

Phalanx Covenant: Final Sanction - Part One
It's part 1 of "Final Sanction," a 2-part crossover between Cable and Wolverine as Wolverine, Phoenix and Cyclops continue their search for the missing X-Men in a techno-organic race against the forces of the Phalanx. Even Cable's reappearance may not be enough to slow the swelling ranks of the Phalanx and rescue the team in this 48-page edition, featuring a foil-stamped cover, that leads into the creation of Generation X!
