Tim has learned the identity of the mysterious Red Robin, though the knowledge nearly cost him his life. Now, adopting the guise of Anarky, Ulysses Hadrian Armstrong puts Gotham to the torch as Tim lurks in the Batcave coordinating events through his civillian agents. But in Batman's absence, Tim has been working to change the game. Instead of simply preventing crimes, he's seeking to predict them so that he can manipulate them, making them turn to his advantage. But Anarky needs to be confronted... and for that, Tim adopts a new guise.
