Cheshire has just informed Roy Harper he is the father of her daughter. Roy claims that he didn’t know about the child; Cheshire fakes an assassination attempt for the Church of Blood, battles the Titans, and escapes with some Church of Blood acolytes, who arrive via helicopter for her. The Cult of Brother Blood leaked an assassination story to Faraday so the United States would send unsanctioned protection, which in turn left the Russian delegates feeling betrayed. The peace conferences were called off, as the Titans are left looking like fools. The Titans’ popularity is now at an all-time low, having been set up by The Cult of Brother Blood. The Flash comes out of this battle with two bullets in him and feels that he has failed to live up to Barry Allen’s standard. A disguised Dick Grayson gets into the Church of Blood in Zandia and is detected but allowed to find Raven and Arella. Dick Grayson is shocked when he sees Raven’s face. Mother Mayhem announces Resurrection Day is coming for Brother Blood. Terry Long is fired from Manhattan University for not turning his paper in on time. Speedy goes to Hong Kong to find Cheshire and is allowed to hold his daughter, Lian, for the first time.
