A badly injured Deathstroke has made it to Titans Tower, where he reveals that a mysterious employer has engaged him to stop Vandal Savage and his new organization, Tartarus. Trying to track Vandal Savage, the Titans jet to Zandia, where the H.I.V.E. is placing bombs in the sewers, and Tartarus has deployed killer robots against them, with the Titans in the middle. Cyborg receives an offer from Vandal Savage which he apparently takes seriously. And where has Deathstroke gotten to in the middle of a battle?
