Description
Generation Gap
On the streets, Beast Boy, Flamebird and the D.E.O. ophans are taking care of the Wildebeest problem. And then they discover the old man, who had taken them in. With their help he felt safe in a bad neighborhood. But they are dangerous and better off in the care of S.T.A.R. Labs. Meanwhile, Nightwing leads the investigation into Philip Geyer's killer by going through Libby's old list of enemies. During that exercise, Lance Gallant - her old partner Captain Triumph - calls. He knows who killed Philip. His power is unique; he channels the ghost of his brother. But in recent years his brother has learned to take over his body when he loses control of his emotions. Using his brother's power, he discovered Philip's affair with Jesse. And he discovered what kind of vile person Philip really was. When he lost control, Michael murdered the man. Beast Boy asks the D.E.O. kids to come west with him, but they have decided that the old man with the Wildebeests was right - someone needs to keep an eye on that neighborhood. And Jesse has an unpleasant conversation with her mother about her affair. Her excuses fail to convince, and she is left crying, perhaps deservedly so. Only time will tell if what she broke can be repaired.
