Decimation - X-Factor
Overnight, 90% of the world's mutants woke up as baseline humans. Rictor, long associated with the mutant superhero teams surrounding the X-Men, is taking this loss particularly hard. While most thought he just caused earthquakes, his powers actually made him feel as though he were part of the Earth. But his old comrade Jamie Madrox saw him up on the ledge. He's put together a mutant detective agency, and he's thinking that even without powers, Rictor could be an asset. Sending one of his duplicates over to talk Rictor off the ledge, he doesn't realize that the duplicate is as unpredictable as Madrox is himself.
