Important Update Regarding the Canada Post Labour Disruption

We understand that you may have concerns about how the current Canada Post labour disruption could affect your recent or future orders.

We want to assure you that it is business as usual at Knowhere Comics.

Our operations remain fully functional, and your orders will NOT be delayed by the Canada Post strike.

This is excluding any addresses to PO Boxes, any PO Box address can ONLY be delivered by Canada Post and as such will need to wait until service has resumed.

How we ensure normal service:

We currently use a diversified network of reliable alternative couriers for all parcel shipments, including ICS, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, newly added GLS and our home delivery service through Always OT. This means our shipping process is completely separate from the Canada Post network.

Our warehouse and fulfillment team are operating on our standard schedule. All processing times remain within 1-2 business days.

Our customer service team is available to assist with any questions you may have.
