The Eternal Light Corporation has given Comet one hour to surrender himself or they will remove the air from one sector of Hardcore Station. Comet is unconcious for most of the hour, only coming to a minute before the ELC carry out their threat and kill everyone in the business district of the sector. Once done, they give him another hour to surrender or another sector will face the same fate.Using Chief Justice and Eye to cause a distraction, Comet apparently escapes but it is a ruse.
