Vandal Savage's plan to distribute Velocity 10 begins. The Titans track a dealer, and use the fact that he can move fast but not think fast to trap him. From what they find, they learn to Argent's sorrow that her father, Anthony Monetti, is distributing the dangerous drug for Savage. She faces a crisis of conscience, but ultimately elects to support the people who hold her accountable and make her better, the Titans. Meanwhile, Cheshire locates Vandal Savages "Tartarus" group and tells them that if they're planning a strike against the Titans, they'll need her.
