You Can't Go Home Again
The Titans take their five odd charges on an odd kind of picnic - in a junkyard - where they also assess the childrens' powers. There, the D.E.O. interrupts them with helicopters and armored mechs, all intent on retrieving the children, and Epsilon! The problem is, the children don't want to go back, despite the fact that they are orphans, and legally wards of the state until they reach age eighteen. The Titans and the children fight the DEO, defeating them, and return to their base. Then Nightwing does some investigating, and essentially blackmails the chief of the D.E.O. into backing off by threatening to reveal his criminal past. But the chief of the D.E.O. is not so easily dissuaded, and has another plan...
